David Sanger To Be Featured at 2018 Borah Symposium's 'Pax Technologica'
Journalist David Sanger will be the keynote speaker at the University of Idaho's Borah Foundation and Symposium annual forum. The theme of this year's forum is "Pax Technologica," or peace through technology, and the three-day forum will focus on how technology and peace are interwoven in the modern era.
The Borah Symposium has been held annually since 1948 and explores ways of engendering world peace.
Sanger has been on Pulitzer-winning teams three times in 1987, 1999, and most recently in 2017 for his reporting work at The New York Times. Over the course of his extensive career, his work has ranged from the Clinton administration to the Challenger disaster to the tsunami disaster in Japan, and is considered an essential voice in the world of journalism today.
