Our library is hosting two book discussions this summer. Pulitzer Prize winning books have been chosen: Olive Kitteridge by Elizabeth Strout and March by Geraldine Brooks.  The events are listed below.

Olive Kitteridge

10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

A discussion on the 2009 Pulitzer Prize winner for fiction, Olive Kitteridge by Elizabeth Strout, will be led by Mrs. Rosanne Melita, retired English/Speech/Dramatics and Stagecraft teacher, author and director.

This program is made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature. Sponsored by the Mohawk Valley Library System and participating member libraries.

A discussion on the 2006 Pulitzer Prize winner for fiction, March by Geraldine Brooks, will be led by author and Professor at the School of Criminal Justice Department at the SUNY University at Albany, Frankie Bailey.
