Jon Meacham ‐ The Art of Leadership: Lesson from the American Presidency

As Floridians prepare to vote in the March primaries and the November general election, presidential historian and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Jon Meacham will explore the evolving role of the American presidency.
Meacham will draw heavily from his Pulitzer Prize-winning book "American Lion," a biography of Andrew Jackson; his Thomas Jefferson book, "Destiny & Power," and his soon-to-be published biography on George H.W. Bush to illustrate his thoughts about the transformation and progression of presidential powers over time.
