A Luncheon with Linda Greenhouse

Hosted by the League of Women Voters of Scarsdale

Linda Greenhouse will be the keynote speaker for the League of Women Voters of Scarsdale's annual Food for Thought Luncheon. She will discuss upcoming Supreme Court cases and the effects of the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the court. 

Greenhouse is currently a Joseph Goldstein Lecturer in Law at Yale law School. Previously, she had a nearly 40-year career at The New York Times where she served as a Supreme Court correspondent. She won the Pulitzer Prize for beat reporting in 1998 for her consistent and informative reporting on the Supreme Court, ranging from cases regarding internet speech to background checks for gun carriers. Currently, she serves as the president for the American Philosophical Society and released a memoir in 2017 titled Just a Journalist.
